The working principle of the Automatic Labelling Machine is as follows: First, the product to be labeled is transported to the designated position through the feeding mechanism. After the product is in place, the sensor detects the product signal and transmits it to the control system. The control system drives the labeling mechanism to move, the label feeding device separates the label from the label roll, and the labeling head accurately sticks the label to the product surface by glue coating or electrostatic adsorption according to the preset labeling position and speed, and at the same time, the label is firmly attached to the product through rolling or smoothing devices. During the whole process, each component operates in an orderly manner under the precise coordination of the control system to achieve efficient and accurate automatic labeling.
