Working PrincipleDouble Pay-off

The working principle of the Cantilever Motorized Pay-Off is to provide power through the motor, and drive the wire drum on the cantilever to rotate through the transmission device, so as to achieve wire pay-off. The motor can accurately control the speed to meet the wire pay-off speed requirements of different wires. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with a tension control system, which monitors the wire tension in real time through sensors and feeds back to the controller. When the tension fluctuates, the controller will automatically adjust the output torque of the motor to keep the wire tension stable at all times. In addition, the cantilever structure design facilitates the installation and removal of the wire drum, and can adapt to the wire pay-off requirements of wire drums of different diameters to a certain extent, ensuring the efficiency and stability of the wire pay-off process.
