The CPD drum twister with caterpillar is a versatile machine designed for cable forming, screening, and armoring of conductors.  It is suitable for power cables, multi-strand segmented conductors, and for processes involving steel wire armoring non-metallic wrapping, and steel tape armoring.

    Tubular Stranding Machine, JLG Series

    Feature 1 :

    Accommodates reel sizes ranging from 2000mm to 4200mm, meeting the production requirements for various cable diameters and lengths.

    Feature 2 :

    Features a programmable controller and touch screen for real-time operation monitoring. The touch screen allows for setting, modifying, and displaying lay lengths, as well as setting left or right lay direction, and making fine adjustments.

    Feature 3 :

    The rotating pay-off stand can switch between multiple functions, including independent stopping, full machine synchronization, and individual speed control via a phase detector, catering to different cable production processes and ensuring high-precision stranding for shaped cables.

    Feature 4 :

    Each unit is driven by an independent motor,making installation, operation, and maintenance simple and convenient. Motor feedback through encoders ensures high-precision control.

    Feature 5 :

    Includes a centralized steel wire pay-off stand positioned on both sides of the main unit, reducing the overall production line length and minimizing factory investment costs.

    Feature 6 :

    The take-up and pay-off stands can handle different reel widths within a specified range without the need for modifications.

    Feature 7 :

    All lifting mechanisms use a hydraulic lift platform, providing ease of use and efficient operation.
