Application FieldMulti Head Pay-Off
Multi Head Pay-Off (Φ500/600 mm) is mostly used in the fields of wire and cable production, metal product processing, etc., as follows:
● Wire and cable production: In cable factories, it is used for the production of various cables such as power cables and communication cables. Multiple reels can be placed at the same time, and multiple strands of copper wire, aluminum wire and other raw materials can be released from different reels respectively, providing stable pay-off for subsequent twisting, insulation extrusion and other processes. For example, when manufacturing high-voltage power cables, multiple conductor cores can be released at the same time for twisting to produce cable products that meet the requirements.
● Metal product processing: In steel wire product factories, it can be used for steel wire pay-off, providing raw materials for steel wire drawing, twisting and other processing processes. For example, when producing steel wire ropes, multiple steel wires are released simultaneously through a multi-head pay-off device, and steel wire ropes are formed through a twisting process.
● Optical fiber and cable production: In optical fiber and cable manufacturing companies, it can be used for pay-off of optical fibers, reinforcing cores and other materials. The optical fiber is smoothly released from the reel and assembled with other materials to ensure that the optical fiber is not damaged during the release process and the quality of the optical cable is ensured.
● Electronic wire processing: For the production of electronic wires such as connecting wires and data cables inside electronic equipment, multiple strands of fine wires can be released at the same time, twisted or braided, and high-performance wires that meet the requirements of electronic equipment can be produced.
