Working PriciplePortal Type Pay-Off & Take-Up

Portal Type Pay - Off & Take - Up (Φ500 - 800 mm) is driven by a motor, and uses a transmission device to drive the wire drum to rotate to achieve wire release or wire reeling. During the wire release process, the motor provides a stable rotation speed to evenly release the wire on the wire drum. At the same time, the tension control system monitors and adjusts the cable tension in real time to ensure that it remains within the set range. When reeling in the wire, the motor reverses and neatly winds the wire around the wire drum. The wire arrangement device ensures that the wires are arranged tightly and evenly. The equipment is also equipped with a positioning device that can accurately control the starting and ending positions of wire release and reeling to achieve precise material reeling and release operations.
