The TUB/POB series has a portal type movable structure for loading and unloading bobbins, the pintles of the bobbin are driven by two motors via a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, and each of the pintle can be lifted separately or simultaneously. The whole set of machine is equipped with both mechanical and electrical protection devices, with accessories pintle design to meets the installation of different specifications of the bobbin. Bobbin clamping is driven by the motor, and also equipped with mechanical and electrical protection device.
This set of machine untilizes AC motor to drive the gearbox in order to control bobbins, and the gearbox is stepless adjustable. Siemens 200 PLC and imported Siemens governor are used to control the operation of this set of machine. The traverse pitch and bobbin information can be input in the control panel, PLC control with coil diameter calculation function can automatically control the tension and reverse direction if needed. The traverse is driven by the motor to reduce the gearbox and the guide wheel, and control the pitch of the traverse. The gear box is directly connected to the traverse shaft.

The TUB/POB take-up and pay-off machine belongs to the TU/PO series. It is a very commonly chosen set of machine for cable taking up and paying off, can also handle heavy duty cable bobbins.
