    Working Principle
    Special Cable Extrusion Line

    Special Cable Extrusion Line use polymer materials such as plastics or rubber as raw materials, and heat, melt and plasticize the raw materials through a high-precision screw extruder. Driven by the screw, the molten material is forced to extrude through a die of a specific shape, thereby coating the cable conductor or insulation layer to form a cable outer layer with a specific structure and performance. During the extrusion process, the temperature control system accurately adjusts the temperature of each section to ensure that the molten state and fluidity of the material meet the process requirements. At the same time, the traction device pulls the extruded cable forward at a stable speed to ensure the continuity and dimensional accuracy of the extrusion. Finally, through a cooling device, such as a cooling water tank or an air cooling system, the extruded cable is quickly cooled and solidified to stabilize its shape and performance.
