Automatic Coiling Bundling and Heat-Shrinking Machine

The Automatic Coiling Bundling and Heat-Shrinking series is designed for the coiling and packaging process of electric wires, it tightens the finished coils, making the following stacking and transporting progress easier.

This line is controlled by PLC and touch screen, easy to operate.It also adopts servo motor flat cable system, ensuring precise control on the appearance of finished product.

The PLC mode has already stored 99wire packaging settings, if the user would like to choose a different packaging method, simply load a new setting,a nd the machine will be ready to operate.

The binding tension is adjustable according to product characteristics.

Automatic fault detecting system is built-in to warn operators and show fault information on touch screen once a problem occurs.

This line could also be followed with an optional automatic/intelligent stacking and palletizing system, which uses robotic arms to replace human labor, increasing efficiency and reducing labor cost. One system could be used in 3 stacking production lines.
