EX High Speed Wire Extrusion Production Lines

The EX series are specifically designed for the manufacture of building wires.

Specific screws and barrels can be chosen to match the material for extrusion, such as PVC, PE, LSNH, Teflon, Nylon and etc.

The extrusion head of EX series can be selected from center adjusted or no-aim-hole type, color mode can be split.

Cross head clampers of EX series are double-tooth rod chain driven, and other fixed parts has the function of auto-centering.

Operation plate of main control box is mounted with human-computer interface and also traditional button switch to ensure operational simplicity.

Electric circuit control is from Mistubishi programmable controller(PLC). Transducer is from Mistubishi FR- A740 series.

Temp-control is from Japanese RKC series temp-controller &solidity repay(SSR). Hopper dryer&Auto-suction device is from TAIWAN Brand.
