3X70 VVF Tandem Extrusion Lines

The VVF tandem extrusion line is designed for the manufacturing building wires.

Applicable materials include PVC, PE and etc.

The line has PLC built-in and touch screen for control,easy to operate and user friendly.

Different coiling and packing methods are available on customer requirements.

The PLC mode has already stored various wire settings, if the user would like to manufacture a different size of wire, simply load a new wire setting, and the machine will be ready to operate.

Three lines integrated and combined into the same line, saving place and labor.

Automatic fault detecting system is built-in to warn operators and show fault information on touch screen once a problem occurs.
