This system heats asphalt to a molten state and uses a flywheel to spray it evenly onto the surface of high voltage aluminum sheathed cables. The asphalt tank, heated by a cast aluminum heating plate, can hold solid asphalt. A scraper is installed at the outlet to prevent damage to the cable and avoid excessive asphalt coating; scraped off asphalt returns to the tank for reuse.A temperature sensor is installed inside the asphalt tank, and the healing temperature is controlled by a temperature setting device(Omron meter). The temperature can be displayed and adjusted on the main control box. The electric heating power should be sufficiently high, the heating components should have a long service life, and maintenance and replacement should be convenient.
