The wrapping device consists of a hysteresis (electronic damping) controller, a synchronous pulley and a reel. The tension is set on the touch screen, and the tension of the hysteresis controller is changed by the current controlled by the PLC, and the reel never changes. tension.

There is an ultrasonic sensor on the side of the reel to detect the thickness of the reel. When the thickness of the reel changes, the sensor sends a signal to the PLC, and the PLC sends a signal to control the current of the hysteresis controller to change the tension and make the tension of the tape unwinding. It changes synchronously with the change of the reel to ensure constant tension release.

The whole line is controlled by touch screen and PLC to drive the wrapping, pulling, retracting and unwinding of the line to work synchronously; the production speed of the whole line is controlled by the frequency conversion speed controller. The wrapping pitch can be directly input by the touch screen and the PLC will calculate and synchronize the whole line linkage.
